    Inserted this into my HP printer brand new but the printer keeps saying "running out of ink". ???? Not when I just finished inserting the cartridge. Not too happy even though it is printing just fine.

    I have never replaced cartridges as often as with my new HP printer. The 62XL cartridges don't seem to be lasting for what I normally printed with my Epson all in one that I had for almost 10+'years. I'm hoping to find a more efficient setting with the printer soon because it is ridiculous to think I may be spending $800 a year for ink! I don't do pictures and try to use black ink only if there is an option. I print maybe 25 coupons a month and some recipes w/o pictures. I'm retired and only wished someone would have mentioned in the comments I read before my purchase that it is expensive to use. It works good just can't afford to use it.

    I purchase at least one of these XL boxes of color and blk & wht monthly. They just do not last! If not used, they just disintegrate on their own!
