    The product good but it dries out very quickly. I don’t use my printer very often. I put in the new ink cartridge used it and it worked great but went to use it about a month later and it was dried up. I was put on a very awkward situation. I had to go but it again. Was not user friendly.

    Sometimes my printers won't register(fail to print) when I try printing, and sometimes in a crunch my ink runs out, but I can always count on my daughter's printer to come through for me. I just prefer HP ink over other brands that I've used in the past. Great quality all the time.
