    Purchased the combo options but it ran out much quicker. The number of pages printed with good acceptable quality not up there. Very expensive option and will not purchase again

      I'm sorry you didn't enjoy either the page yeilds or page quality. Is it plausible the cartridge was running out of ink? If so, a return is your best bet. Spotty print is resolved with changes to the print quality. Adjusting the print settings will help, but also may use more ink.     These cartridges don’t last long even when I purchase the XL ones. They are overpriced for the amount of time they work. I could have bought 5 printers for the amount I’ve spent on the ink. The 2 pack was the cheaper than 2 separate XL boxes and that’s why I purchased it.
