    The black ink cartridge was bad and didn’t work. I was told to bring it a store and they would replace it. Went to the store and was advised no refund or replacement. Very unsatisfied. Waste of time and money and customer service gave me wrong information and made the experience worse. Money and time wasted

    I am purchasing a new printer as we speak. We attempted to deal with this inadequate printer for far too long. I just purchased ink three weeks ago and we printed maybe 20 pages using color and it just told me my ink is low.... This is like the fifth HP printer we have had and we’re done. Horrible value.
