    Have been using HP ink for several years and never have any problems. I ordered it online for in-store pickup. Was very efficient and I got in and out of the store quickly. I always have great service from Best Buy. Thank you.

    HP ink is great. Unfortunately, I allowed a salesperson to talk me into an HP 4520 printer, which works fine but requires this particular ink cartridge, which seems to need replacing every time I turn around. I like HP ink and loved my old printer. I just think that the great deal I got on my new printer was nullified by the cost of the ink and the frequency with which I have to replace it....and I'm not even using it for anything other than personal stuff.
