Original cartridges are always better. This cartridge is high quality and provides great printing. Easy to replace.

I buy all HP cartridges for my HP printer at Best Buy...and I buy a few at a time to make sure I do not run out and then have to make an emergency trip. Considered the new (to me anyway) service HP provides which automatically orders and sends replacements when your current cartridges become low; however, decided not to go that way because: 1) My printing volume is generally not that high so replacement via Best Buy is infrequent and not bothersome, and 2) The extra cartridges I keep on hand have NEVER given me a problem, such as dried or inoperable in any other way. Their shelf life in my closet appears to be no less than 6 months. Thus, dependable and high quality!

My daughter is in college and she uses her printer pretty much every day. This ink cartridge is inexpensive and easy to install. We buy multiple ones every year.

I use ink so infrequently but this seems to last ok. It's the regular sized cartridge not the XL. I don't have a count of pages but it seems reasonable. The price isn't outrageous.
