It's replacement ink. What can I really say. It is an exact replacement when your old ink runs out. Wish it would last longer without drying out and needing replaced.

Easy on line order for ink and great to pick up so that you don't have to look for it in the store.

I Liked that I could order online and go to store, sit in parking lot and call from my phone and have it delivery to me without getting out of my car.

I don't use my printer often, however with only a few uses my printer said the ink needed to be changed. If you are printing an abundant amount of pages this may not be the best option for you as it needs to be replaced often

Easy to order and quick delivery. The guys who delivered were very respectful and pleasant. They kept their masks on as well.

I arrived to have it delivered to my car around 5-10 prior to close. No one greeted me. I had to go inside to get their attention. The product is great. I wasn't pleased with curbside service.

An ink cartridge is just an ink cartridge... But Best Buy offers the best price on town.. Buy all my cartridges for my two printers there....

it is printer ink, works as expected, just wish it wasn't so expensive. you do get what you pay for off brands never work

Purchase cartridge, install cartridge , works fine, doesn’t last very long, but gets the job done

It works fine, I bought the HP 4650 from Best Buy, I believe a year ago, works fine, but do have a little problem with paper jam. but does not happen offen.

I personally have only owned HP printers because the cartridges are so easy to install and easy to maintain and are well worth every penny that is spent in ink.

Works well and does the job. No complaints aside from the ink not lasting extremely long and the price is a bit expensive to keep replacing.

It worked perfectly. Printer prices are much higher so replacing cartridges sounds like the smart thing to do

Retail price on all H/P ink is almost the same at all retailers and online. Matching policy is very easy to use (if you happen to find it less expensive elsewhere)

Needed some ink. This was available and we love the curbside option. My wife was on her way in minutes without having to unload all the kids.

Ink doesnt last very long. Seems to dry up fast. Wouldn’t waste my money on this again .
