    I wanted a Epson XP6100 printer - the printer was out of stock - the associate ordered it and said it would be shipped to my home - that was around 1:15 pm - I arrived home at 1:45 pm and it was already at my door step - I would say that is excellent delivery service!! Have had a Epson in the past and was not hesitant to purchase another

    Good quality ink ,but 10% ink left in the cartridge can’t be used until last drop and must be replaced with new ink cartridge
