    The Black ink is good doesn't fade and doesn't leave blotches. Would like to have a double cartridge for the black since we use this twice as fast that is the reason for 4 stars

    Great experience. Ordered the ink online during the quarantine. Got an e-mail shortly after that it was ready to pick up. When I arrived in the parking lot, an employee asked my name. By the time I drove around to the outside pick up area a young man had my order waiting for me. Very pleased with the service at the Coral Springs, FL location, Keep up the good work.
