I bought 3 of these ink cartridges back in 11/2022. The first one worked fine and when it ran out, I tried to use the next one. It was empty. It splirted a small amount of ink out on a page and showed up on my computer and printer that it was empty. The third one worked fine. I called Best Buy but they would not replace it because it was past the returnable date. So please don't ever buy these in quantities because you may get a defective one in the bunch and you won't know until you use it and it maybe past the date.

I'm sorry you received multiple wrong cartridges. If that is the case, I'm very sad. Best Buy does have a specific return policy listed at www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/. Before buying anything, make sure it will qualify for a return.

She asked for assistance in buying printer ink for her HP ENVY 5660. The Sales Associate told her that HP 63 ink was what she needed, so she bought two HP 63 in black. When she tried to install the ink, it didn't fit, so she tried to return them. Since she opened one, BestBuy would only refund her for one package, even though the Sales Associate made the mistake. The new Sale Associate found the HP 62 ink, but when she tried to install the ink, it was colored ink, not black. She is keeping the HP 62 colored ink, but still needs HP 62 black ink and she never was reimbursed for the second HP 63 black ink that was opened. She is very frustrated. I ordered HP 62 black ink for her online.
