Good quality ink

I like the quality of the ink prints and use them for important work documents. However, I would have liked the cartridge to be a little bigger since it does tend to run out. Maybe next time I'll try the XL cartridge. Still, I got it on sale so I guess it is as good as any.

My documents would not print the way they were supposed to so I purchased a replacement cartridge and everything works fine now. Very easy to install.

Great Service Comes With the Ink Purchase

The last XL black cartridge I bought directly from HP. It was a dud. It registered as full OK on the screen, but would not print. I tried everything as per the HP website troubleshooting thinking I had something wrong with printer. Of course there is no longer any human contact from HP. So BEST BUY to the rescue. Rep in person said “sounds like the cartridge.” I purchased single from BEST BUY and they were correct. I will continue to buy HP cartridges from BEST BUY. Competitive prices, IN PERSON SERVICE from knowledgeable sales and tech associates.

Won't buy it anywhere else!

Bought this ink from Amazon before and it ended up not being first rate. My printer recognized it as counterfeit. Always buy ink at Best Buy.
