    The product is great. The problem is Best Buy was out of the black cartridge I needed also. The sales assistant wasn't very concerned.

    This HP ink is perfect. I never buy generic ink for my printers, because the colors and blacks are never quite right. And I always get them from BestbBuy, which is my favorite store

    I only bought the big one because the smaller ones are unavailable. I don't print that much so sometimes the cartridge dries up. To much ink for me but if print a lot then this is your choice.
