    worked as expected, however, I didn't know would not work with ink on demand program. so when my new cartridges showed up I had to replace the non conforming cartridge. NOT the store's fault; I just didn't understand.

    I find the HP brand to be very reliable. When, I lean toward HP products when purchasing computers and related equipment and accessories. HP printer cartridges are the best on the market and I have a lot of trust in these products.
