Have taken my computer tower in to the service department at least 2 times for repairs. The staff very cordial in welcoming me to the service department. The were patient and compassionate in explaining and demonstrating how to problem solve when reconnecting the tower. Things have gone very well in using my computer at home.

I always use HP products for my/our printers if at all possible. There has been a problem getting this Model as I tried several stores online & in store before I found that you had the item available to ship.

great ink cartridge; there can be no substitute and it last a long time if you get the XL

The HP ink cartridges are great. I’ve never used the high yield. Hopefully it will provide more copies as stated. I rated a 4 because normally HP products are great. just purchased this XL and haven’t used yet to rate five stars.

Always try to buy an XL cartridge along with a regular one. Seems like pricing has become standardized across all companies. But I'm very happy with it.

This ink gives very consistent results and does not dry inside the cartridge from lack of use like so many others do.

Hp is very easy to install and have never had any issues

Works great in the small printer used by our college student. Doesn't seem to dry out if there is a period of time when the printer is idle for a week or two, unlike other inkjets we've had in the past.

The service was excellent that I obtain it in a timely manner. However, I have not used it yet, but I expect to need it in the near future when it will be as good as to be expected. Thank you.

HP is always great ink products. Easy to install, and clean.

it is just ink for my printer. Very convenient that Best Buy is close and they have the ink.

I use this ink for my printer all the time. I haven't had any issues with It. The color is bright and bold until it is time to replace it with a new one.

Works like it's supposed to. I expect nothing less from HP>

Really appreciate the larger cartridge. Not much more cost for the additional pages I can print. Worth it.

I really like that HP has the XL version. It lasts much longer and it's easy to install.

Quality Ink cartridge needed for printer otherwise printer won’t work properly. Best Buy was the most convenient store to purchase.

Great and least for a lot of ink will like to be able to refill like my old printer

It's an ink cartridge, size XL, what more can I say? I haven't installed it yet, since the included one with the printern is still going strong. I can't comment on pages printed. Easy install on the other though.

Use frequently for work and I print about a ream of a paper a day. Good work from home alternative
