    I didn't read any reviews prior to seeing these "high yield" black ink cartridges, but boy was I pleasantly surprised! They last so much longer than the "everyday" version, that the additional expense is well worth it! Now, these are all I buy for my HP Office Jet Printer...very pleased!

    We did have an issue with the laptop not being set up when I arrived to pick up, but management was very quick to fix the situation for us with only minimal inconvenience. Will recommend Best Buy for other purchases.
