    There's a subscription-based now but this is great at the time and lasted for a while the XL pack did its job

    The first ones I ordered were damaged & did not work in my printer, went to my local store & showed them the products packages were damaged, I was told after telling them the ink did not work in my printer, that it could have been a software problem in my printer,(NOT) went on to order another set of ink cartridge's, after receiving them & getting them installed, YAY they worked, your company needs to find out why delivery drivers are damaging your product, I am a lost customer to you because I am no longer going to order ink for my printer from best buy again, as far as a rating, my first order-1 star so very poor. My second order-5 star because they were not damaged. I do sincerely thank you for the replacement ink cartridge's. Sincerely: Mark

    The service was great I ordered the HP Black ink and it was deliver to my home the next day. I thought the cost of the inK was a bit expensive.
