    The ink itself is good. But it’s not stocked in stores and have to have it delivered. The delivery company Best Buy uses LSO is very unprofessional.

    This is the last time I get an XL. The toner/ink was smudged and smeary all over any document which contained numbers and I cleaned the heads, etc. as HP online suggested - twice. I threw it out. What a waste of time, effort and MONEY.
