    Doesn't make many copies! It printed out 18 one side copies and then was sketchy, not printing out the complete page. Frustrated. Was told the XL provides more ink for longer use. I really have to question that for the amount it prints.

    Due to HP changes to new Envoy it is more difficult to run light quick copies in a poor index system that works intermittently.

    I don't know if this inkjet was half full, but I ran out much sooner than normal. My printing was less than previous times because I'm careful not to waste due to the cost. I may find another source for my inkjet.

      Hello,

      You bring up a great point. If you had checked the cartridge and it was half full, you could request a return. With this cartridge out of the return period, you have two options. Option one is to chat with support at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/. The other option is to try to clean the cartridges. Then, turn off the printer to get the best results.

    Drys up if you don’t use your computer. Leaves paper wet but it is ink jet.
