My printing was less than previous times because I'm careful not to waste due to the cost. I may find another source for my inkjet.

You bring up a great point. If you had checked the cartridge and it was half full, you could request a return. With this cartridge out of the return period, you have two options. Option one is to chat with support at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/. The other option is to try to clean the cartridges. Then, turn off the printer to get the best results.

Pop up fine but no car mount

It printed out 18 one side copies and then was sketchy, not printing out the complete page. Frustrated. Was told the XL provides more ink for longer use. I really have to question that for the amount it prints.

When I received my back-up purchase, the packaging was damaged; the store reluctantly sent the damaged product back for a replacement. I had them mail "to the store", for inspection, & I picked up. I just made a change-out, this cartridge had poor print quality. Store would not accept the return; had in the cupboard too long. Have never had this problem "with same" at Walmart. Two strikes & I am out 39.95+tax. Quality control "w/this product" "at Best Buy" is an "F"
