    It is not easy to differentiate between ink cartridges, but I believe that brand names are better than generics. The quality of HP is good, but kind of expensive. If you normally don’t print many pages (as is my case) I would highly recommend it.

    I have not tried any other brands, but I have been using HP black and color ink for over 10 years. Everything always prints out nicely.
