    we was not happy with how long the ink lasted , we were use to our old printer and that ink lasted a long time

    Ordered through BEST Buy. Both cartridges in box were opened and replaced with used ones. BEST BUY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE! Manager would not face me but talked through poor cashier. Big disappointment after buying a computer and 55"TV this year.
