Best Buy (online chat) said I could return it due to circumstances and sent return label. Best Buy sent it back to me and said I could not return it. I would only recommend if you buy in the store and not purchase it online.

DONT ORDER FROM BEST BUY

Both cartridges in box were opened and replaced with used ones. BEST BUY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE! Manager would not face me but talked through poor cashier. Big disappointment after buying a computer and 55"TV this year.

Good Price

The cartridges are much bigger, and one cartridge covers all three colors. Plus as an option HP will monitor usage and mail replacements, and this is costing me about 50% less than Canon.

Poor advice from Geek Squad guy

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A Geek Squad employee installed my printer and advised against getting the HP instaink service because your printer is turned off by HP if your card expires. Not so; you get a message. The ink bought in the store, not through instaink runs out so quickly and is so expensive. I missed out on my offer of 6 months of free ink because of this bad advice. Everything seems to be structured to keep you tied to HP which is really okay.

Had I known they the have a personal delivery service (i.e. doordash, uber) I would have used my physical address not my PO box address
