    Ink cartridge didn't work, ended up purchasing another cartridge directly from Hewlett-Packard. Cartridge was showing as being empty on Hewlitt-Packard's end.

    Seems this ink dries out when the printer is not used for a few weeks. Don't remember this happening to my other HP printer.

    The black cartridge was a dud. The printer told me it couldn't communicate with the cartridge and suggested I replace it. I did replace it, at a cost of $27.55, and the printer works with the new cartridge. This is the second time this has happened. (I haven't tried the multi-color cartridge, but it's probably OK.)

    Low ink, too expensive! Its also difficult to find at stores. I travel to 3 stores to find one box only. Not sure if this becoming discontinued!
