      I'm very sorry you couldn't get a refund. There are a few reasons for this outcome. The first issue is that Best Buy doesn't allow returns after a certain time period.     My only problems is that I don’t use the printer that much, so the ink dries out before I can use it all. I have also had one cartridge that was defective in that it wouldn’t recognize it. But when it works it prints great.
