    Nothing beats a factory replacement product. Installation was a breeze and product performance was no different from the original ink that was installed in the printer.

    I received the ink for the printer that was bought through sale error stating my printer was an all in one to include Fax until a year later when I decided to fax and realized through Verizon tech that my printer did not have fax capability. I believe because the box stated all in one but not fax capability. So yes I was an unhappy camper. I just keep having bad sales communication. My vacuum I purchase was a bad deal. My radio was a bad deal.
