So I took them back to Best Buy and the manager said we usually don’t take these back because you opened it but they did take it back, and I exchange it for the proper cartridge and it works beautifully.

Doesn't seem to last as long.

Easy to install and quality ink. But I subscribed to HP's subscription ink deal and I save so much more money now and get more ink per cartridge.

It is where I always go to buy my ink for all of my computers that. I purchased all of my computers at this store and I Have bee pleased with all of the computers as well as all of the printers that I have purchased there. The Severice a this store is very good.

Where did I go WRONG?

They lock your printer until you get new ink and install it into your printer. I am not happy with HP anymore! All my internet equipment is HP. Has been since I started and I'm 83. Call it 45-50 years. :(
