Did not last long

I had to replace the brand new cartridges by page 165. Not exactly lasting as long as one would expect. Very disappointing and stressful. *used on HP ENVY Photo 7155 printer

The expiration on the box says November 2020, but after printing a few pages, the copier said the Tri-color cartridge needed replacing. It then said this could be a counterfeit ink cartridge. The date to return this to Best Buy has passed, so I'll contact HP to see what they have to say. The box says there is a warranty. Ink is very expensive. This is the first cartridge I've installed from this box. I haven't yet tried the black ink cartridge, but now I'm hesitant to buy ink from Best Buy again.

The black cartridge didn't work!

I also purchased an HP 64 2 pack of cartridges for when the included cartridges ran out. Today (Mar 11) upon installing the new black cartridge into the HP Envy, the Envy kept reading "remove and reinstall the black cartridge", which I did at least half a dozen times. The black cartridge didn't work! I reinstalled the old black cartridge and the message stopped occurring. The black was defective. Off course the "return period" has ended so am stuck with a defective HP 64 cartridge... NOT HAPPY!
