Wrong ink

It is the wrong ink for that printer and was misleading. This was very frustrating and hopefully more care is taken with the online recommendations when people buy products.

Disappointed in HP - 64 2-Pack Standard Capacity

Very disappointed in it.

I even gave them remote access to my computer. It can't be fixed. I'm very disappointed in the lack of knowledge of my Best Buy associate !!!
