Good product but like most inks runs out to soon for the user

I wanted just a black in and when I opened the box it had color cartridges in it. I will never buy any HP printers again as even though I don't print many color pages it always runs out and won't let me print in just black. I have 3 black ink cartridges I can no longer use.

Sales help is poor and prices seem to be on the high side.

I bought this and ran out of ink soon about 4 months shelf life and about 40 pages is all I got. Then I moved to XL , that was way better and had a longer shelf life as well. Good for home with less than 10 prints a week.

toner should last longer For the money i paid. i feel that I overpaid for the toner

Best buy good place to buy from, but i dont believe we get that many copies from the estimate HP throws out there. It feels like less ink than i believe im buying honestly. If you need ink, you need ink i guess. It is what it is

I Am not happy with HP cartridge. My computer shows there is still ink in the cartridge and yet it wont print. I can't even use color. I may be doing something wrong but I don't think so.

The ink cartridge was low ink when I Installed it in the printer, I brought it back to exchange for a new one and they told me it's not returnable. They told me to call customer service, I did, they told me to go back to the store. Then they accused me of trying to return a cartridge that I didn't purchase from them, even though I had the receipt. Now I have a new low ink cartridge, out $22.00 and labeled a thief. This will be the last time I ever step my foot in a Best Buy, and after reading this review, I encourage everyone to do the same.

The cartridge was easily installed. Printed copies look great.

Easy to use. Wish they lasted longer and weren’t more than gasoline but it is what it is.

The HP - 64 Standard Capacity Ink Cartridge - Black works as described ok.

The first one that came with my printer didn't last very long. Hopefully this one will. So far so good, but very expensive considering I didn't get that many prints on the original one.

Runs out too quickly. The XL size is better value.

Love the ink, but runs out faster than the norm; makes me wonder if the cartridge is refilled and sold as new! Descent price at Best Buy (in store) when in stock...which is rare!

Have not used the product yet. Past experience was it is ok, wish it would print more copies. Cost of XL too pricey.
