Most time when I shop in the store the sales reps are always there to assist and are professional . They never try to sale you more that what you are trying to purchase.

They print clearly and cleanly. I prefer to buy the XL size of black or tricolor cartridges since I do a lot of printing for school. However, I am grateful to find this cartridge in stock when everyone else was completely out of stock—even online!

It's HP

I purchased it at the same time as a new HP printer. This cartridge gave me exactly 201 pgs. of good quality black only printing (the pgs. we all written word and didn't include any photos or graphics). If you often print many pgs. the 64XL cartridge is a better value
