    The ink cartridge is fine, but the service by the associates in the store was exceptional! Although the website had indicated that there was product at the store the was none in stock when I arrived there. The staff explained that there was a problem with the website but ordered the ink from another nearby store and had it delivered to me The same day! Great service!!!!

    Well, it's a cartidge of ink, not the holy grail. Honestly on the pricey end as far as ink goes, especially if you go through alot of paper, but otherwise not horrible. 4/5 stars because of pricing.

    It's a good quality item and very easy to use. Just wish it had more ink than what comes in it. One problem we had was that if you don't use your printer very often these cartridges tend to dry up and then you have to buy another one. The cost is too much for something that won't work till it's gone.

    The black in cartridge is of good quality. The ink is consistent. I have printed many pages and not used very much ink. The price of the ink cartridge is a good value for the money. the cartridge is easy to install.

    Ink, along with everything else these days, is getting to be very expensive. I don't print a lot, so these smaller cartridges are just fine for me and the close-out price made it a great deal. I bought all they had on the shelf.
