The sales staff get gold stars. I wrote down the wrong cartridge number. Two young men checked my account sales history, found the correct cartridge and helped me find it on the display. HP Ink not what it used to be

Even printing in draft mode (perfectly acceptable print quality for most purposes) these cartridges run out in record time; my previous printer only needed 3 cartridges a year, this one (7855) needs one a month! Also, on about every other cartridge the heads clog with over 1/2 the ink left, which means you waste a lot of paper and ink running the clean cycle -- and then have to just give up and put in a new cartridge. I would never recommend the HP 7855 to a friend - or an enemy!
