Some of the cartridges purchased on eBay were duds. Yes, you get your money back, but filing requires extra time, on top of the interruptions caused. Best Buy's liberal exchange and refund policy is a snap. Fopr a small amount buy the extra Insurance you get - BEST BUY i S the Best 1

Havent use it for long but past HP printer ink that I owned in the past were true to kts name so I can only hope and expect like wise quality.

Be Wise When Purchasing

If you want to be able to print more pictures and pages, go to the higher capacity cartridge's. More pricey than they should be.
