    I wanted just a black in and when I opened the box it had color cartridges in it. I will never buy any HP printers again as even though I don't print many color pages it always runs out and won't let me print in just black. I have 3 black ink cartridges I can no longer use.

    Purchased 2 ink cartridges. When I got home one did not work. Was getting an error message on my printer but the other one was fine. When I returned the cartridge the following day - the manager gave me a hard time to return it. He told me that if I bought something at the grocery store and it was bad that I would not return it. I disagreed with him. After going back and forward he finally agreed to give me a new one. Best Buy should stand by their products and be more customer service focused.

    HP is the best brand for me. It last long and Best Buy usually has a good selection on all printer inks, especially mine. But, I do wish that they could compete with Target’s lower prices for HP printer ink . At times I vary my purchase between the two stores. But, I really like BEST BUY I but all computers printers accessories of all kinds. Plus other home products as well. And I am a member of Geek Squad for many years. Good all around store!     Product was good and clerk was pleasant. You were out of the combo pack and when the clerk tried to order it for me he said because if back log it would not take the order. I went to Staples and they ordered what I wanted and it was delivered to my hone in one day. What’s up with that?
