    I bought this and ran out of ink soon about 4 months shelf life and about 40 pages is all I got. Then I moved to XL , that was way better and had a longer shelf life as well. Good for home with less than 10 prints a week.

    Purchased 2 ink cartridges. When I got home one did not work. Was getting an error message on my printer but the other one was fine. When I returned the cartridge the following day - the manager gave me a hard time to return it. He told me that if I bought something at the grocery store and it was bad that I would not return it. I disagreed with him. After going back and forward he finally agreed to give me a new one. Best Buy should stand by their products and be more customer service focused.

    Best buy good place to buy from, but i dont believe we get that many copies from the estimate HP throws out there. It feels like less ink than i believe im buying honestly. If you need ink, you need ink i guess. It is what it is

    I wanted just a black in and when I opened the box it had color cartridges in it. I will never buy any HP printers again as even though I don't print many color pages it always runs out and won't let me print in just black. I have 3 black ink cartridges I can no longer use.

    I Am not happy with HP cartridge. My computer shows there is still ink in the cartridge and yet it wont print. I can't even use color. I may be doing something wrong but I don't think so.
