They told me to call customer service, I did, they told me to go back to the store. Then they accused me of trying to return a cartridge that I didn't purchase from them, even though I had the receipt. Now I have a new low ink cartridge, out $22.00 and labeled a thief. This will be the last time I ever step my foot in a Best Buy, and after reading this review, I encourage everyone to do the same.

Hopefully this one will. So far so good, but very expensive considering I didn't get that many prints on the original one.

I have two girls at home and that's all i hear the printer needs ink. I think they sell the extra large ink, but i have never gave it a try.

Seems like no cares to train these people working in stores anymore. Also good luck getting help from the 3 or 4 employees covering the whole floor when there are 20 plus customers in the store. I remember when you used to get very good service before Covid. Store sucks these days. Can't get help, associates like to talk to each other and don't want to talk to customers. Store is a shell of it's former self. I am going to Target from now on, they seem to care more more about their customers.
