28 dollars more cost

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the only problem we had was the tricolor ink cartridge did not work. would not print color pictures. the best buy store in farmington, nm wanted us to pack it up and bring it back. i just bought a new cartidge and it works. i did not want to pack it up and bring it back to the store. that would have taken another 2 hours. that cost me 28 dollars to replace. not happy with the help
