    The product itself works fine, although you wouldn't know it because it never got delivered, it says it's still in "pre-shipping" for seven weeks now, and I had to go to the store once it was back in stock to get it in person. Luckily, the five or so e-mails and inquiries I've sent have been duly ignored too. Like I said, the product is good, the experience was awful, overall 2 stars seems more than enough

    Not happy with the price. Took a while to find someone who could help me and answer my questions. Once I did, I got good advice. I recommend this item only because it’s necessary to run the printer. Disappointing with the printer but I’m the one who purchased it. Sigh…

    As always fast delivery, but it seems like the 64XL cartridges don't print out as many copies as they use too.
