The same goes for the 65xl I bought from you. I have the hp7100 and extremely disappointed especially after requesting help and suggestions from your sales person. I'm sorry that you didn't get a cartridge that worked. I can imagine what a disappointment that must have been.
The HP 64 cartridge is the correct cartridge for your printer. The HP 64XL cartridge you got must be defective. It can be confusing when the printer rejects it, but that is probably because the printer can't recognize it because of the defect.
According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."

DESPITE MY PROTESTATIONHE SAID HE COULD NOT FIND IT IN THE SYSTEM. I CAME HOME AND I WAS ABLE TO LOCATE THE TAXEXEMPT CERTIFICATE ON FILE IN YOUR SYSTEM.

I do not print that much, so I couldn’t figure out what was going on. At this rate, I should have kept my Epson Printer. The cartridges for the Epson lasted quite a while. I am very disappointed. The quality in the printouts are very good.

One was OK the other had been the parking seal broken and the cartridge replaced with a used one. BEST BUY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT. Manager would not even face me but talked through the poor cashier. Otherwise, I only buy HP but now from elsewhere.
