I was greeted when I walked through the door, from a very friendly person (female). The manager, Lance was very professional and knowledgeable of the product he sold me.

HP solid product

It's HP and they protect their name with great quality, so the only question is whether to go with low or high yield. When I know I'll be printing a lot, I go with high yield, but when I don't think I will be printing much, I go with low yield since the cartridges sometimes need to be replaced when they haven't been used for a while. The cost is a little high.

Expensive but works well

Print quality is good, works perfectly with my HP printer. Getting the XL cartridge means less need to replace. Only complaint would be the cost.
