Alignment failed once it was in new HP printer

When I first added cartridge in printer it ran an alignment and failed. It shouldn't fail as it's a new printer/new cartridge. Should have worked flawlessly. I cancelled alignment as it prints fine but now keep getting alignment message that I need to re-do it. It failed twice. Bad cartridge? It is inserted perfectly so why the issue. HP printers are horrible and I know because I have nothing but issues but keep hoping next one is better, it's not. This is the LAST I will ever buy.

Mediocre Capacity

My printer runs through them much more quickly than other HP cartridges I've had in the past.
