    The problem is that my printer was delivered with a cartridge with limited capacity, I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THIS, and it took many hours, two broken Geek Squad appointments, and a disastrous interaction with Geek Squad online that resulted in disabling my computer for 48 hours. I still have not received the usable color cartridge that was promised.

    My printer just seem to work better with hp cartridges. So after trying cheaper options ive shitchrd back. My only issue is i dont print a lot at either office and these seem to dry up with age reducing the amount of print jobs i get.
