My old washer never tangled the clothes. Have the washer for less than 1 month and I'm trying different things to make it work for me.

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So I bought this item Oct 16th 2021 it’s now May 18th 2022 and I have used my printer basically for black ink many times and have had to replace black cartridge once and It says the tri color is empty. I did the put in water and then rub on a towel and there plenty of ink that comes out and it’s heavy like the new cartridges so I’m disappointed at having to replace something that literally hasn’t even been used up. Printer won’t print without it

Sorry, this experience happened to you. It sounds as if you already did several troubleshooting methods. If the cartridge is not dry, then there is another issue. It also appears that the cartridge is not empty. I think you are experiencing a cartridge recognition error. This error occurs when the printer stops recognizing the cartridge.
