    I needed the 63 - when I went online to purchase the 63. The 65 was shown immediately below for some reason in the search results. I purchased the 65s and couldn't use the cartridges - a waste of money.. I purchased the 63s at Walmart.. I walked in and made the purchase

    The color cartridge didn't work. Had to buy elsewhere. I asked for a refund and was told no refunds on ink cartridges. I just lost money.

    Very unhappy with delivery service. Ordered 65 inch tv and setup services 10 days ago. After taking time off of work and moving other equipment they call me at last minute to say they could not deliver. Will never shop at BB again!

    I exchanged 1 at the store kept 1 to see if it for my daughter s ,it didn't but when I went to return it they said it was more than 14 days ,so I'm stuck with unusable ink. No one told me anything about a limit of return time

    I bought the automatic delivery package with my prInter, linked my printer to the website, I ran out of ink and have never got the new cartridges deliver as promised. I had to run to the store to get a new one.

    The ink doesn't last!! I only used the ink a few times to make copies and I got a notification to replace the cartridge!!!

      It's a shame the ink ran out after just a few prints. Customers dislike when that happens! Let's figure out how to prevent this scenario in the future.

      - Check the ink level upon arrival and return any defective cartridges.
      - Turn off the printer, except when it is active.
      - Avoid copying photos or ink heavy pages.
      - Switch to the XL cartridges.

    THESE CARTRIDGES HOLD NO INK. IF YOU BURN 50 COPIES A YEAR THEN YOU CHOSE THE RIGHT PRINTER. I GOT RID OF THIS HP PRINTER AND WENT TO THE EPSON. WAY TO MUCH MONEY IN INK WITH THIS SYSTEM.

    I bought a 2pack and the color cartridge doesn't work. Best Buy won't let me return it and HP won't talk to me. Don't buy this!

    Cartridge made less than 3 pages and then began to fail. It’s not worth the cost. These printers are supposed to be disposed of when the cartridges run out. Shame.

    Did not last like it should have: makes me think it was not filled completely. Lasted less than a month and I did not print that much.

      Hi,

      Lasting ink is the goal for all of our users. It sounds like you had a different experience. I would like to apologize for that experience. Check the ink levels in the printer settings once they insert them. It is best to check immediately after buying a cartridge. A cartridge with low levels of ink upon arrival from an approved vendor, such as Best Buy, is incredibly rare. An exchange could be processed as necessary.

      As for the early ink use, I would check for a clog or a dried cartridge. Use a soft wet cloth with warm water to clean the copper contacts of the printhead on the cartridge.     it did not fit my printer correctly, so I sent it back for a replacement & the replacement was the correct one

    I have gone through the 65 black so quickly. I barely use the printer and I have already purchased 2 black it is inexpensive but cost so much more in the long run.

      Hi,

      I am sorry that the cartridges didn't last long for you. I hope to help your situation though.

      If you only print occasionally, it is a good idea to shut the printer down between uses. However, it is important to always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the cartridge is protected from excessive drying, which will clog the tiny inkjets and shorten the life of the cartridge.

      If it appears that the poor performance was due to a fault in the cartridge, you can check about returning it. According to the Best Buy website: "If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Best Buy and we'll arrange for a replacement. If you would rather return the item by mail during your return and exchange time period, please call us for special instructions at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289)."
