    Cartridges do not last very long, and are way too expensive for what you get. Print quality degrades quickly, and these placements seem to leak like the cheap refills of old

    Item packaging was heavily damaged. My boss did not want to use it because it could possibly malfunction. Clerk at pickup counter did not want to process the refund. Manager had to be called to process a refund even after clerk insisted it was impossible.
