    It took longer than normal to receive the cartridge. As a matter of fact we were in Viriginia and went to stores trying to find a hp cartridge. We finally ordered on line with pick up at the best buy in Newport

    This is replacement pack has been my 2nd replacement cartridge to dry up before getting any real use from the cartridge. This only happens with the black ink cartridges, and I tried the printers maintenance/cleaning feature several times as well as YouTube remedies for a last ditched effort. So if you do not use your printer more than once or twice a month, be aware of this and at least avoid the XL size. I'm going back to a black and white laser printer since a rarely print photos and its more of a novelty if anything.

    The product is fine, BUT, the quantity of ink in the cartridge isn't. To many replenishments during the year. I would like a cartridge that has a better supply of ink so I'm not replacing it frequently, and doesn't print many pages. Need more quantity as well as quality,
