    Should have cartridges w bigger print capacity. When running a tournament I go through 2-3 cartridges per tourney. $30 per tourney too expensive!

    Purchased new HP printer and have used it a few times, then tried to print something after not using it for a few months and the OEM HP black cartridge was not printing. I called support and they said to replace the cartridge so I did ($16) and was able to print about 10 sheets. Now that the printer has gone unused for a month or so, and the same thing has happened again (won't print black ink or very intermittent) and the black cartridge shows a very low level. So you get about 10 sheets printed for $16. I am NOT going to buy another HP product.

      Hello there Eddie,

      I think you are experiencing a dry cartridge. It is possible that your printer needs more frequent maintenance. There should be at least one automatic maintenance option on the printer. At this time of year, the heat causes the cartridges to dry out quicker. Covering the cartridge from the outside air protects it from drying. Good luck with the future cartridges.

    I bought it the same day it ran out of ink. It prolly only printed about 50-70 pages then that’s when I knew it’s not worth it.
