    This was the last HP inkjet cartridge I will ever buy as I have switched to a laser printer. Cartridges always dried up well before I would expect them to do so - inkjet printers in particular rarely work well in my experience plus they are expensive.

      I am sorry you were not satisfied with the printer. Consumers have options, and we want you to pick the one best for you. HP has many great laser printers. If you ever repurchase ink cartridges, regular maintenance will decrease the chances of a dry cartridge. To save additional money, use print preview.

    it is what it is sometimes but it's frustrating when you have a printer and the ink fails on you but you cannot get help or return it to best buy and hp. quality of hp is hit or miss but most furstring is trying to find someone to speak to. every 3 ink cartridge I buy one is defective.
