    After trying out refilled cartridges and HP instant ink (subscription) I went back to using the original cartridge for my printer at home. They cost more than the refilled ones I used before but print quality is excellent and I don’t have to give HP access to my printer.

    I purchased this product online because I ran out of ink for my printer. The Best Buy website was easy to navigate through their products and check out with curbside pick was available. Excellent customer service. I would purchase this product again and again which, I've done several times.

    First you must understand the day I had to appreciate this trip to best buy to get something as simple as ink My navigation took me and made me an hour late for my wife's day surgery. Then I had a four hour wait for her Then I had a 2 hour ride home from hospital with her saying ouch for every bump in the road another 45 mins to wait at pharmacy for her meds I was so over waiting for stuff (except my wife I'll always wait on her)So when she told me we needed ink for the printer I told her no way it can wait . Then she hits me with the doctor is sending an email that needs to be printed out. Ugh I'm heading out to the closest Best Buy Thankfully its less than 2 miles away .When I walk in I'm a little shocked at how many people are here after 8 pm . An associate asks me if I'm looking for something, I tell her ink and she walks me over to entire wall of ink and asks me what # I tell her and in 2 seconds she hands me what I wanted, asks me if there is anything else I say no, she rings me up as fast as she found the ink I'm walking out the door in 7 mins. I know this isn't the review you were looking for But I think excellent service is just as important as the products you sell

    I always buy my HP-65 ink cartridge with Best Buy, very good price. Since I'm a loyal customer, when I purchase I get free 1 day delivery. They always deliver in time, I do print a lot so it is perfect for me. Don't need to stop by the store, it get delivered in front of my home. thank you.
