      Hi there,

      If you are buying cartridges every month, I'm so sorry. Unless you print a few hundred pages a month, your cartridges should last a few months. There are a few things to check. First, run a test print page on the printer. This test is to eliminate any other issues. Check inside the printer for leaks. Clean the print rollers to remove dry ink. Lastly, check the print preview before printing anything.
